Considerações Axiológicas do Direito à Liberdade e Simbologias Religiosas na Esfera Pública

Abstract

This work intends to analyze the religion importance as a social phenomenon, its binding forces and the possible interfaces from religious freedom. These questions refer to the axiological appreciation of (R) right with postulates of jewish-christian matrix. The topic is recurring and is presented in growing order in the context of religious symbols in public areas and in the practical consequence of the legitimacy of the legitimacy of its withdrawal to the realization of secularism. It was prioritized the exploratory research, bibliography and qualitative in regards of the contribution form to the dialectical thought in association with the religious diversity.Este trabalho pretende analisar a importância da religião como fenômeno social, sua força vinculativa e as possíveis interfaces da liberdade religiosa. Essas questões fazem referência à apreciação axiológica do (D) direito com postulados de matriz judaico-cristã. O tema é recorrente e apresenta-se em ordem crescente no contexto dos símbolos religiosos em espaços públicos e na conseqüência prática da legitimidade de sua retirada para a efetivação da laicidade. Priorizou-se a pesquisa exploratória, bibliográfica e qualitativa quanto à forma de contribuição ao pensamento dialético no convívio com a diversidade religiosa
