Cilj je ovog rada proanalizirati ustroj i nadležnost tijela za vođenje sudskih postupaka protiv uprave. Na temelju provedenog istraživanja jasno se nameću dva zaključka vezana uz dotična tijela. Njihova specijaliziranost u području uprave i profesionalizacija. Tipovi specijalizacije jednako su različiti koliko i način ustroja, a raznolikost tipova specijalizacije sudova odražava se na raspodjelu nadležnosti za sporove.The aim of this article is to analyse the composition and jurisdiction of bodies with powers to decide in court matters against administrative bodies. According to the research conducted, two main conclusions can be made with respect to the competent bodies in question. The bodies are highly specialized in the field of administration (the issue of specialisation) and they consist of professionals with specific knowledge and competences (the issue of professionalization). The types of specialization are equally diverse as well as types of composition. A variety of types of specialization reflects on the division of competence in administrative disputes.Das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist die Analyse von Organisation und Zuständigkeit der für die Führung des Gerichtsverfahrens gegen Verwaltung zuständigen Körperschaft. Aufgrund der durchführten Untersuchung werden zwei Schlussfolgerungen in Verbindung mit betreffenden Körperschaften auferlegt, und zwar, ihre Spezialisierung im Bereich der Verwaltung und des Professionalismus und die Spezialisierungstypen der Gerichte, die so unterschiedlich wie die Organisationsart der Gerichte sind, was in der Zuständigkeitsaufteilung der Rechtsstreitigkeiten wiederspiegelt wird.E’ finalità del presente lavoro analizzare l’organizzazione e la competenza degli organi per la conduzione dei procedimenti giudiziali contro l’Amministrazione. In base alla ricerca condotta emergono con tutta chiarezza due conclusioni connesse a detti organi: la loro specializzazione nel settore dell’amministrazione e la loro formazione professionale. Le varie specializzazioni al pari si differenziano quanto le varie organizzazioni; del resto la varietà di generi di specializzazione delle corti si riflette sulla ripartizione della competenza per le controversie
