Abstract
Opisani su elementi sustava motrenja i obavješćivanja koji bi mogao poslužiti kao podsustav za prijenos informacija u sustavu za zaštitu od kemijskih akcidenata. Dan je način povezivanja pojedinih centara za obavješćivanje i vrste informacija koje se prenose u sustavu motrenja i obavješćivanja. Ukratko su opisane prednosti, nedostaci i mogući razvoj sadašnjeg sustava motrenja i obavješćivanja.Elements of the observation and information system which can be use as an information communication subsystem for the system for protection from chemical accident are descripted. A manner of connection of some information centers and types of transmitting informations in the observation and information system is giving. In schot are discibe some advantages, deficiencies and possible development of the actual observation and information system
