Abstract
U članku se daje definicija predstavki na rad Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova RH i njegovih zaposlenika, obrazlaže se međusobni odnos pojmova podneska, predstavke, prigovora, pritužbe, prijedloga, te prijave iz čl. 6. Zakona o policiji\u27. Razrađuje se motivacija podnositelja predstavki, objašnjava postupak provjere navoda u predstavci, donošenje ocjene utemeljenosti predstavke, postupak nakon ocjene utemeljenosti te značaj vođenja evidencije o radu po predstavkama.The article gives the definition of the petitions concerning the work of the Ministry of the Interior and its employees and explains relations betvveen the terms: submission, petition, complaint, objection, proposal and report from the Article 6 of the Police Act. It elaborates the motivation of petitioner and explains the procedure for verifying the allegations stated in the petition, evaluation of the justifiability of the petition, procedure after evaluation the justifiability of the petition as well as the importance of keeping records of the overall procedure related to petitions
