Rad sadrži raščlambu nekih otvorenih pitanja u primjeni Zakona o športu, posebno pitanja koja se javljaju glede preciznog određenja pravnog statusa javnih športskih građevina, mogućnostima osiguranja tražbine određene povodom zahtijeva za uklanjanje i prenamjenu tih građevina, kao i mogućnostima zaštite tako stečenih subjektivnih prava.This paper analyses some unanswered questions in the application of the Sports Act. Specifically, these are questions which arise in relation to; the precise determination of the legal status of public sports buildings, the possibilities for ensuring claims incurred through demands for removing and converting those buildings, and the possibilities for protecting thus acquired subjective rights
