Dentistry is constantly concerned with enabling better living conditions for patients, as well as providing comfort so that functions such as chewing, speaking, and swallowing may be executed properly and esthetically satisfactory. In edentulous patients, many of these functions are lost, but can be restored by prosthodontics. Within this context, the present article seeks to report a clinical case in which a maxillary complete denture was made for a patient presenting with maxillomandibular discrepancy and marked maxillary prognathism.</jats:p
