Abstract
Razmatra se mogućnost i opravdanost izrade dijamantne žične pile s dva pogonska kotura. Razrađene su teorijske postavke takvog pogona. Računskim primjerom se dokazuju prednosti koje bi pridonio takav pogon pri eksploataciji arhitektonskog kamena dijamantnom žičnom pilom.The paper discusses the possibility as well as the justification for construction of a diamond wire sawing plant driven by a tandem (pulley) drive. The theoretical proposition for the so operated plant has been herewith elaborated. Calculations are set as an example to prove the advantages which may be accomplished in excavation of dimension stone by so driven diamond wire sawing plant
