Abstract
Krize danas pogađaju gospodarske subjekte, političke i državne
institucije, kao i različite druge organizacije, ali i čovjeka kao osobu.
Autori u radu analiziraju vrste i uzroke krize, te strategije kao odgovor na krizu. Neke krize uzrokuju velike i nepopravljive štete, a iz nekih se može izići s boljim kredibilitetom (kriza kao pogodnost).
Zbog velike važnosti kriza, danas se u suvremenom menadžmentu
pridaje velika pozornost kriznom komuniciranju. Krize imaju, ili bi
trebale imati, strateško mjesto u životu organizacija. Kriza i krizna
komunikacija mogu se razumjeti kroz uporabu strategija kao odgovor
na krizu.Today, crises strike corporations, political and government institutions
and a plethora of organizations, as well as individuals. In this
paper the authors analyze the types and the causes of crises, and strategies as crisis response. Some crises trigger off major and irreparable damage, and some can result in improved credibility (crisis as opportunity). Due to the significance of crises, today’s management pays a lot of attention to crisis communication. Crises have, or at least ought to have, a strategic position in the life of organizations.
