Opisuju se glavni pravni aspekti koncesije za izvedbu infrastrukturnih objekata za CUPOVZ. Prikazane su opće značajke BOT projekata i detaljno je opisana struktura takvih projekata. Pobrojani su i opisani glavni razlozi zbog kojih se vlasti opredjeljuju za BOT model. Osnovni elementi ugovora između koncedenta (Grad Zagreb) i koncesionara opisani su i dan je pregled međusobnih obveza. Objašnjeni su pravni temelji za dodjelu koncesije. Istaknuto je i šire značenje ovog projekta.Major legal aspects of the concession for infrastructure facilities to be realized for the CUPOVZ project are described. General features of BOT projects are presented and the structure of such projects is described in detail. Main reasons why authorities prefer the BOT model are listed and described. Basic elements of the contract between the grantor (City of Zagreb) and the concessionaire are described and an overview of their mutual obligations is presented. Legal foundations for awarding concession contracts are explained. A wider significance of this project is highlighted
