U članku se daju informacije o propisima Sabora Republike Hrvatske (Zakon), Vlade RH i drugih tijela koje se odnose na društveno poticanu stanogradnju. Opisuje se uloga pojedinih tijela i institucija te daju podaci o izvorima sredstava za financiranje toga oblika izgradnje stanova. Izneseni su podaci o tome tko ima pravo kupnje takovih stanova i način ostvarivanja toga prava. Objašnjeni su elementi donesenog Programa i dani su podaci o tome što je do sada ostvareno od Programa.Decisions about public support to residential construction in Croatia, as made by the Parliament of the Republic of Croatia (Law), Government of the Republic of Croatia and other competent authorities, are presented in the paper. The role of individual bodies and institutions is described, and the information about sources for funding this form of housing construction is provided. The author indicates who is entitled to purchase such apartments and in which way such rights can be realized. The elements of the Program created to this effect are outlined, and the information about current realization of the Program is provided
