Kvalitetni nautički menadžeri (svih razina) preduvjet su uspješnog poslovanja morskog brodara. S obzirom na brojne specifičnosti poslovanja morskog brodara i posebnih znanja potrebnih za proizvodnju pomorskoprijevozne usluge, opravdano je uvođenje interdisciplinarno obrazovanih, i posebice, osposobljenih nautičkih menadžera. U ovoj se raspravi iznose specifičnosti nautičkog menedžmenta i opisuju temeljne razlike u razinama nautičkih menadžera te predlažu smjernice za njihovo interdisciplinarno osposobljavanje.Qualitative nautical managers (of all levels) are the prerequisite for effective business of maritime shipowner.
