Opisuju se važne promjene na hrvatskim sveučilištima kao posljedica primjene Bolonjske deklaracije kojom je zacrtan put prema jedinstvenom evropskom prostoru visokog obrazovanja. U članku se navode razlozi za donošenje Deklaracije i njezin odraz na hrvatsko visoko školstvo. Prikazuje se dosadašnji studiji građevinarstva i strukture novih nastavnih programa te zvanja koja proizlaze iz tih programa. Ilustrirano je to na primjeru novih studija na Građevinskom fakultetu u Zagrebu.The author describes significant changes that have been made at Croatian universities as a result of application of Bologna declaration which has traced the way towards a uniform European space in the sphere of higher learning. Reasons behind the adoption of this declaration are presented, and the effects the declaration has had on higher education in Croatia are given. Former civil engineering studies are presented and the structure of new lecturing programs introduced at the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Zagreb is outlined
