Симферополь, Украина E-mail: jaschenko.svetlana@yandex.ua Представлены данные о влиянии длительности работы на персональных ком-пьютерах (ПК) и пользования мобильной связью (МС) на продукцию мелатони-на (М) и температуру кожи человека. Уровень 6-гидроксимелатонинсульфата (6-ГМС) определяли иммуноферментным методом с использованием стандартных наборов компании IBL-Hamburg (Германия) в ночной моче. Параллельно измеряли кожную температуру в 8, 12, 16 и 20 часов с расчетом амплитуды. В исследова-ниях приняли участие здоровые волонтеры мужского пола, 24—26 лет. Сформи-рованы две группы, в зависимости от среднесуточного времени пользования МС и ПК: в 1-й — менее 0,5 и 2 часов соответственно, во 2-й — более продолжи-тельно. В 1-й группе концентрация 6-ГМС составила 43,16 ± 1,597 нг/мл, во 2-й — 31,73 ± 2,794 (р < 0,01). Амплитуды кожных температур в 1-й группе составили 0,71 ± 0,10 °С, во 2-й — 0,49 ± 0,01 °С. Была выявлена прямая корреляционная зависимость между снижением амплитуды хронограммы температуры и концен-трацией 6-ГМС (R = 0,847, р < 0,001). Длительность пользования МС и ПК влияет на продукцию мелатонина и амплитуду кожной температуры, что может привес-ти к десинхронозу. In Group 1, the concentration of 6-HMS was 43.16 ± 1.597 ng/ml, in the 2nd — 31.73 ± 2.794 (p < 0.01). Amplitude of skin tem-perature in the 1st group were 0.71 ± 0.100 °C in the 2nd — 0.49 ± 0.010 °C. Was found a direct correlation between the decrease in the amplitude of the temperature and concentration chronogram 6-HMS (R = 0.847, p < 0.001). Durables MS and PC influences the production of melatonin and the amplitude of skin temperature, which can lead to desynchronosis.
