Abstract
In the Penza region fast rates increases a share of women of a pension age. In RSMU research on studying of their way of life and a state of health is conducted. 38,5% have noted negative influence of work on health. The syndrome of emotional burning out takes place. Direct correlation between age and presence of chronic diseases in a stage of subindemnification and декомпенсации is marked.
