Suggestive and counter suggestive speech functions in russian language teaching process

Abstract

The article deals with the role of suggestive and counter-suggestive functions of speech in the process of oral communication. Teaching methods containing elements of suggestion are considered as suggestive means. Their usage in the teaching process makes this process more efficient. The teacher’s awareness of the counter-suggestion mechanism helps him to overcome misunderstanding in the recipient’s consciousness during the teaching process
