Secondary School Educational contributions to meet the cultural identity challenges

Abstract

The study aimed to reveal Secondary School Educational contributions to meet the cultural globalization challenges. And the challenges of intellectual extremism on the cultural identity. And identify the distinctions among the sample responses that are related to Secondary for School Educational contributions to meet the cultural identity challenges which can be attributed to the type of education (public education or Holy Quran memorization “HQM”). And the current study depended on (survey) descriptive methodology. The study also used the questionnaire tool. The study sample present categories (1258) female students of both public and Holy Quran memorization education in the city of Riyadh for the academic year 1437-1438 H. The results of the study showed that: The issue of Secondary School Educational contributions to meet the cultural identity challenges scored moderately. And there are no statistical differences between the scores of female students studying in the general track, and those of female students studying in the (HQM). And recommendations of the Study supporting secondary schools’ role in countering the influence of cultural globalization and intellectual extremism on the cultural identity
