Typhoid fever can affect many organ and systems as well as being manifested by multisystemic involvement. In this paper, we present a case of typhoid fever presenting with cloudiness of consciousness, psychosis, pancytopenia, acute pancreatitis, acute cholecystitis, typhoid hepatitis, toxic myocarditis and disseminated intravascular coagulation.
