PROPOSAL FOR RISK MANAGEMENT, HUMAN RESOURCES AND QUALITY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF LPA MISSIONS USING THE PMBOK

Abstract

Local Productive Arrangements (LPAs) have provided significant opportunities to various Brazilian regions of development. In the Region of Missions, in the south of Brazil, a greater potential of development was identified when structuring a LPA of the familiar agribusiness. Due to the characteristics of this locality, with predominance in the development of "colonial" products.
