SOCIAL-PSYCHOLOGICAL ADAPTATION IN ORGANIZATIONS OF PERM NETWORK BUSINESS

Abstract

The article deals with actual problems of workers' adaptation in the conditions of modern network business organizations as one of the elements of the application of a scientific approach for the growth of labor productivity. The article is considering from the standpoint of interdisciplinary theoretical analysis and consideration of the results of empirical research aimed at studying this phenomenon, the features of labor adaptation of employees of the Russian network business and the factors that determine them are analyzed. The content of the structure of social- psychological adaptation is given in the article, the types of social-psychological adaptation of employees employed in the network business as part of the process of labor adaptation are identified and the main factors that form these types are identified. In addition, the substantive dependence of the quality of work activity and the daily vital activity of the employee on the level of his labor adaptation has been reasonably demonstrated
