El siguiente artículo aborda sobre la autodidacta como un tema de gran trascendencia que persigue las concepciones actuales en la Educación. En este sentido, el papel de un autodidacta es aquel que no busca la instrucción, la enseñanza a partir de los medios formales como la escuela, los maestros, sino que aprende los nuevos conocimientos leyendo libros sobre diversas materias. Sobre esta base a partir de la observación y las entrevistas realizadas se constató la necesidad de un estudio para el desarrollo de la autodidactica en los estudiantes de la carrera de la educación superior. Para ello fue esencial la sistematización de los referentes teóricos para indagar sobre el estado actual de esta temática. Asimismo, conocer las fortalezas y debilidades que aportan estas teorías existentes.
ABSTRACT
The following article deals with the self-taught as a topic of great importance that pursues the current conceptions in Education. In this sense, the role of a self -taught is one that does not seek instruction, teaching from formal means such as school, teachers, but learns new knowledge by reading books on various subjects. On this basis, based on the observation and interviews conducted, the need for a study for the development of self-study in the students of the higher education career was confirming. For this, it was essential to systematize the theoretical references to inquire about the current state of this topic. Also, know the strengths and weaknesses that these existing theories provide.
