Within the growing importance of occupational training this work investigates on technological means and educative resources, for use in occupational training courses promoted by the company. The research has been done through a case study with the interview of 20 employees. The conclusions indicates that resources that combine visual and auditory canal are considered the stimulating on learning process. It is necessary to highlight the impact that continues to have the use of educational traditional resources and the low prevalence of new technological means. In particular, is missing more employment of information and Communications technologies for communicative purpose
