The article analyses the retaking of archives of about 10 years of urban struggles conducted by autonomous movements of Brasília and its articulation through the editing in the documentary Ressurgentes – um filme de ação direta. We are interested in pointing out how the association of these heterogeneous archives with the testimonies of militants beget a peculiar writing of the history of urban problems experienced in Brasilia in the last decade and their possible relations to common events to other cities, such as June’s 2013 manifestations
