Abstract

The article analyzes the phenomenology of corporate social capital and it's influences in the career building in small business. The main idea of the article is the model which showing the relations of corporate social capital and entrepreneur career, components of social capital and the features of its accumulation in organizations relating to small businesses. It proved the possibility to get effectiveness career by managing the accumulation of corporate social capital
