Only when it is demanded by the social interest, the ambience or the cultural heritage of the nation, the state will be able to put limits to him within reach of the economic freedom op cit art. 333 inc. 5. The right of the competition looks for the satisfaction of the general interest, limits the exercise of the power to produce and to commercialize goods on the market, as they import an excessive exercise. The Colombian legislation on disloyal acts on the market introduces the legislative developments and existing rules and admonitions codes in the foreign legislations, the protection being highlighted across this normatividad of the interests of the consumers and of the State.El estado tiene una doble misión que cumplir, frente a la competencia: un deber de acción, para impedir que se obstruya o restringa la libertad de competencia y un deber de abstención para no interferir en el ejercicio de los derechos establecidos en los art. 26 y 333 inc. 5 de la Constitución Política de escoger profesión u oficio y de la libre iniciativa privada. Solo cuando lo exijan el interés social, el ambiente o el patrimonio cultural de la nación, podrá el estado ponerle límites al alcance de la libertad económica op cit art. 333 inc. 5. El derecho de la competencia busca la satisfacción del interés general, limita el ejercicio del poder de producir y de comercializar bienes en el mercado, en la medida en que importen un ejercicio abusivo. La legislación colombiana sobre actos desleales en el mercado introduce los desarrollos legislativos y doctrinales existentes en las legislaciones foráneas, resaltándose la protección a través de esta normatividad de los intereses de los consumidores y del Estado
