It is important to provide customer satisfaction for textile companies
operating in today's highly competitive environment. In this context, textile
companies want to prepare the best sample designs for their customers. They attach
importance to criteria such as visual output quality, usage difficulty, number of
features, quality of service, brand reliability, time loss and price of the pattern software while creating these sample designs. In this study, ARAS (Additive Ratio
ASsesment) and OCRA (Operational Competitiveness RAting) which are Multi
Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods were used to select the pattern
software to be used in sample design in a textile company. While the weights of the
criteria to be considered in pattern software selection were found using MACBETH
method (Measuring Attractiveness by a Categorical Based Evaluation TecHnique),
ARAS and OCRA methods were used in evaluating the pattern software alternatives
and the obtained results were compared. The same ranking was obtained with both
methods, the most appropriate pattern software for the business was determined
according to the ranking results and it was proposed to the textile company to buy
this software.Günümüzün yüksek rekabet ortamında faaliyet gösteren tekstil işletmeleri
için müşteri memnuniyetinin sağlanması önem arz etmektedir. Bu bağlamda, tekstil
işletmeleri müşterilerine sunacakları numune tasarımlarını en iyi şekilde hazırlamak
isterler. Bu tasarımları oluştururken tercih ettikleri desen programlarında görsel
çıktı kalitesi, kullanım zorluğu, özellik sayısı, hizmet kalitesi, marka güvenirliği,
zaman kaybı ve fiyat gibi kriterlere önem vermektedirler. Bu çalışmada, Çok Kriterli
Karar Verme (ÇKKV) yöntemlerinden ARAS (Additive Ratio ASsesment) ve OCRA
(Operational Competitiveness RAting) yöntemleri ile bir tekstil işletmesinde numune
tasarımında kullanılacak desen programı seçimi yapılmıştır. Desen programı
seçiminde dikkate alınan kriterlerin ağırlıkları MACBETH (Measuring
Attractiveness by a Categorical Based Evaluation TecHnique) yöntemi kullanılarak
bulunurken, desen programı alternatiflerinin değerlendirilmesinde ARAS ve OCRA
yöntemlerinden yararlanılmış ve elde edilen sonuçlar karşılaştırılmıştır. Her iki
yöntem ile aynı sıralama elde edilmiş, sıralama sonuçlarına göre en uygun desen
programı belirlenmiş ve tekstil işletmesine bu programı satın alması önerilmiştir
