Abstract

El autor estudia desde un punto de vista jurídico el nuevo proyecto de ley de educación sexual integral. Se considera su constitucionalidad, su referencia a la familia y a la Iglesia, y se expone la opinión de distintos Papas sobre el tema.Author study the new project of comprehensive sexual education law from a juridical point of view.
