several successful entrepreneurial figures in Indonesia. Their success is not a coincidence,but equipped with hard work, tough, and responsibility in the process leading to success.
The process needs training to develop themselves and the company. Nowadays women have overtaken men in the business world. Women entrepreneurs’ have a dual role, as well
as family support also a leader for their company. Women entrepreneurs have proven their good work in these fields of business by creating more job oppurtunitites to others, and
help them become more self-independent woman. They are not involved in small business only, but also in big business. Some of them have become successful businessperson who
