Abstract
U ovome radu analizirati će se i opisati šumske drvenaste i grmolike voćkarice NP Paklenica, te ukazati na njihovu ulogu u očuvanju stabilnosti šumskog ekosustava ovoga Parka.NP Paklenica is one of eight Croatian national parks, proclaimed in 1949 as the second. The main reasons for proclamation are preserved natural forests and geomorphological phenomena. The Park area has secured living space and food throughout the history for the local people, and through it the role of forest fruit trees was important. But today, the role of fruit trees in forest ecosystems is very important because in the first place their fruits are food for many species of birds and animals that later regulate the number of other organisms directly, thereby indirectly increasing the vitality and resistance of forest ecosystems. Therefore, fruit trees, such as forest types of trees and shrubs, contribute to the conservation of the biodiversity of forest ecosystems. In this paper, we will analyze and describe the forest woody and bushy NP Paklenica fruit trees and point out their role in preserving the stability of the forest ecosystem of this Park
