Abstract
U ovom radu obrađena je problematika izrade Plana izvođenja radova za zgradu javne namjene, koji služi kao temeljni dokument što se tiče tehničko – ekonomske pripreme gradnje. Organizacija gradilišta je složen proces koji mora zadovoljiti sve uvjete za postizanje krajnjeg cilja, a to je ekonomičnost gradnje te sigurnost za sve sudionike u tom procesu. Prilikom razrade ovog plana cilj je bio obraditi sve dijelove u procesu gradnje, počevši od dužnosti investitora prije same gradnje, do načina na koji će biti uređeno gradilište i organizirani poslovi kako bi radni proces tekao neometano. Također je cilj bio obrazložiti važnost zaštite na radu u svakom segmentu gradnje, uz naglasak na prevenciju potencijalnih opasnosti na radnom mjestu.In this final paper I have dealt with a Working plan for a public building, which serves as a base for technical and economical building preparation. Organizing a construction site is a complex process that needs to fulfill all the requirements in order to achieve the end goal – cost-effective construction and health and safety of everyone involved in the process. While I was writing this paper, the aim was to discuss every part of the construction process, starting from the investor's duty before the construction itself, to finding the right way of organizing the building site and jobs so that the work process runs smoothly. Also, the goal was to elaborate on significance of the health and safety at work in every part of the construction process, especially on preventing the potential danger at work
