Procjena ugroženosti stanovništva, materijalnih i kulturnih dobara i okoliša od katastrofa i akcidenata

Abstract

Temeljem Procjene ugroženosti stanovništva, materijalnih i kulturnih dobara i okoliša od opasnosti, nastanka i posljedica katastrofa i velikih nesreća za područje Grada Otočca sukladno članku 4. Pravilnika o metodologiji za izradu Procjena ugroženosti i Planova zaštite i spašavanja (N.N. 38/08), donosimo izvadak iz Procjene naslovljen „Zahtjevi zaštite i spašavanja u dokumentima prostornog uređenja“ Grada Otočca Njime se utvrđuju i propisuju preventivne mjere čijom će se implementacijom umanjiti posljedice i učinci djelovanja prirodnih i antropogenih katastrofa i velikih nesreća po kritičnu infrastrukturu te povećati stupanj sigurnosti stanovništva, materijalnih dobara i okoliša, a sam izvadak je sastavni dio dokumenata prostornog uređenja Grada Otočca. Navedeni Zahtjevi zaštite i spašavanja odnose se na ugroze po stanovništvo i materijalna dobra na području Grada Otočca razrađeni su prema mogućim opasnostima i prijetnjama koje mogu izazvati nastanak katastrofe i velike nesreće, a to su: - Poplave i bujice - Potresi - Suše - Tehničko-tehnološke katastrofe izazvane nesrećama u gospodarskim objektima - Mjere koje omogućavaju učinkovitije provođenje mjera civilne zaštiteBased on the Risk Assessment of Population, Material and Cultural Goods, Environmental Hazards and the Occurence and Impact of Disasters and Major Accidents in the District of the City of Otočac, pursuant to Article 4 of the Statute on the Methodology for the Development of Risk Assessments and the Plan of Protection and Rescue (The National Gazette 38/08), we bring you an excerpt from the Risk Assessment which is entitled "Requirements for the Protection and Rescue in Spatial Planning Documents" of the City of Otočac.
