Pemanfaatan Ekstrak Daun Lidah Buaya (Aloe vera) Dan Ekstrak Daun Seledri (Apium graviolens L.) Terhadap Laju Pertumbuhan Rambut Tikus Putih (Rattus norvegicus)

Potential of aloe aera and celery that less utilisize in the society bring up ideas to meke a new product that give more benefits . This research purposed to find out accelerate of growth white mouse’s (Rattus norvigicus) hairs result of giving the combination of extract aloe vera leaf and celery leaf. This research method used Randomized Complete Design (RCD/RAL) with two factors, first factor is Aloe Vera (L), that is L1(85%), L2(90%), and L3(95%) with second factor is celery (S), that is S1(5%), S2(10%), and S3(15%). The research used 27 white mouses with 9 treatments of combination that every combination used 3 white mouses with dose 0,2ml/4cm2/2 times a day during 18 days. Measuring done every 3 days during 18 days. The data of research was analyzed using One Way Anova test and got normal data distribution (p value>0,05), homogen (p value>0,05), and then affect on accelerate of growth white mouse’s hairs. Giving of aloe vera and celery extract with dose 0,2ml/200 g BB frequency in 2 times a day during 18 days got highest accelerate the growth average L3S3 (aloe vera 95%, celery 15%) 0,32 mm/day and the lowest result showed in the combination L3S2 (aloe vera 95%, celery 10%) 0,13 mm/day. From the result and data analysis that has done, it can be concluded that result of giving the combination of extract aloe vera leaf and celery leaf could give effect accelerate of growth white mouse’s hairs
