Abstract
Graševina je najzastupljenija sorta grožđa u kontinentalnoj regiji Hrvatske. Srednje je bujna,
dobre oplodnje, redovitoga i dobrog prinosa. Kakvoća joj znatno varira ovisno o ekološkim
uvjetima i opterećenju. Relativno kasno dozrijeva, otporna je na niske zimske temperature.
Sorta graševina je popularna i kod malih proizvođača vina. Stoga je cilj ovoga rada bio
procijeniti kakvoću vina graševina proizvedenog na području Vinogorja Petrinja. Istraženi su
slijedeći pokazatelji kakvoće vina: relativna gustoća, pH, količina šećera, ukupnih kiselina,
pepela, alkalitet pepela i količina fosfora.Riesling is most common sort of grape in continental region of Croatia. It is medium lush,
good fertilization, regular and good yield sort of grapes. The quality of her is varies
considerably depending about environmental conditions and load. It relatively matures late,
it´s resistant of low winter temperatures. The sort of Riesling is popular at the small wine
producers. The aim of this work was evaluation of the quality wine Riesling, produced on this
area of Petrinja´s vineyard. Explored the next quality indicators of wines: relative density, pH,
quantity of sugar, total acidity, ash, alkalinity of ashes and quantity of phosphorus
