Analiza radnih mjesta metodom OWAS u procesu proizvodnje piva

Abstract

Glavna svrha ergonomije jest utvrđivanje i oblikovanje radnog mjesta i poslova na način da su ugodni i sigurni za izvršavanje te da omogućuju neometano, neprekidno obavljanje zadataka. Svrha izrade ovog rada jest utvrđivanje važnosti ergonomije u procesu proizvodnje piva, utvrđivanje negativnih posljedica po zaposlenika i organizaciju ukoliko ergonomski uvjeti nisu zadovoljeni te ergonomskih rizika u procesu proizvodnje piva. U svrhu istražţivanja teorije u praksi, provedena je analiza triju radnih mjesta u najpoznatijoj hrvatskoj pivovari, Zagrebačka pivovara d.o.o.Main goal of ergonomics is stating and modeling of the workplace and all activities connected to it in a way that makes it safe and comfortable for the worker, enabling him to work uninterrupted. Main goal of this final paper is stating the importance of the ergonomics in the process of beer brewing, stating negative effects both on employee and the business organization if ergonomic conditions are not fulfilled, and stating ergonomic risks in the process of beer brewing. To compare theory with real-life conditions, analysis on three different workplaces was conducted in croatian most famous brewery, Zagrebačka pivovara d.o.o
