Abstract
Ovim završnim radom nastojim ukazati na ergonomsku važnost radne sredine u uredu čime se nametnuo i osnovni cilj, a to je naglašavanje odnosa čovjeka i njegovog radnog okruženja, s pretpostavkom da ugodnije ozračje podiže kvalitetu rada i življenja.
U uvodnom dijelu razrađujem pojam ergonomije i ukazujem na problematiku današnjeg užurbanog života.
Ergonomija radnog mjesta u uredu se ogleda u prepoznavanju sposobnosti i ograničenja zaposlenika na radnom mjestu. Glavni zadatak je maksimalno prilagoditi radno okruženje zaposleniku.
Primjenom adekvatnog uredskog namještaja, otklanjanjem okolinskih ometajućih podražaja, stvaranjem adekvatnih uvjeta u radnoj sredini doprinosimo boljoj produktivnosti i učinkovitosti radnika, provodeći mjere zaštite na radu posao postaje sigurniji, komforniji i produktivniji. Obrađujući pojam stresa koji je sve učestaliji u radnoj populaciji, njegovih uzročnika i posljedica ukazujem na važnost pravovremenu procjenu rizika radnog mjesta kako bi se izbjegle negativne posljedice. Vodeći računa o postojećoj zakonskoj regulativi i zadovoljavanjem standarda postiže se velik stupanj zadovoljstva radnika i povećava se njegova produktivnost.This final work I try to point out the importance of an ergonomic working environment in the office, which is imposed and the basic aim, which is to emphasize the relationship between man and his working environment, with the assumption that improve the atmosphere raises the quality of work and life.
In the introductory part of the elaborate concept of ergonomics and point out the problems of today's hectic life.
Ergonomics in the office workplace is reflected in recognizing the capabilities and limitations of employees in the workplace. The main task is to adjust the maximum employee work environment.

By applying the appropriate office furniture, removing environmental distracting stimuli, the creation of appropriate conditions in the workplace contribute to better productivity and efficiency of employees, implementing safety measures work becomes safer, more comfortable and more productive. Working through the concept of stress that is increasingly common in the working population, its causes and consequences of pointing out the importance of timely risk assessment of the workplace in order to avoid negative consequences. Taking into account the existing legislation and meeting the standards achieved a high degree of employee satisfaction and increases its productivity
