Abstract
Vlakovi velikih brzina sve su više zastupljeni u Europi ali i cijelome svijetu. Zbog velikih brzina i infrastruktura je zahtjevnija i koriste se različite izvedbe pragova s ciljem mogućnosti razvijanja još većih brzina, udobnosti te što manjeg zagađenja okoliša. Predstavljeni su neki od najpoznatijih vlakova velikih brzina u svijetu, pa tako i nove izvedbe vlakova kao što su levitacijski vlakovi (maglev vlak) te njihove prednosti i mane. Cilj ovog rada je prikaz prednosti željezničkog prometa nad ostalim prometnim granama.High-speed trains are increasingly represented in Europe but also all over the world. Due to the high speed, infrastructure is more demanding and using different versions of railway thresholds with the aim of developing the possibilities of even greater speed, comfort and minimizing enviroment pollution. This paper presents some of the most high-speed trains in the world, including new versions of trains such as levitation trains (maglev vlak) and their advantages and disadvantages.
