BALL APPLICATION IN WORKING WITH PRESCHOOL CHILDREN

Abstract

Redovito bavljenje tjelesnom aktivnošću djeteta predškolske dobi u znaĉajnoj mjeri potiĉe cjelokupni psihosomatski razvoj. Primjena primjerenih kinezioloških sadrţaja od izuzetne je vaţnosti u ovom razvojnom razdoblju, jer povoljno utjeĉe na rast i razvoj lokomotornog sustava, motoriĉkih i funkcionalnih sposobnosti. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati izbor i opis opće pripremnih vjeţbi i igara s loptom koje se primjenjuju u pojedinom dijelu sata (treninga). PrilagoĊene razvojnim karakteristikama pojedinih dobnih skupina djece predškolske dobi s ciljem usvajanja i usavršavanja razliĉitih struktura kretanja manipulacije loptom kao preduvjet uĉenja osnovnih elemenata tehnike pojedinih sportova s loptom. Igre i vjeţbe trebaju biti zabavne i privlaĉne kako bi djeca te dobi bila motivirana za rad, kako bi zavoljela provoĊenje razliĉitih sportskih aktivnosti te stvorila pozitivan odnos i naviku prema redovitom vjeţbanju koje će odrţavati i u odrasloj ţivotnoj dobi.Regular engagement in physical activity significantly stimulates the overall psychosomatic development of preschool aged children. The use of appropriate activities in this developmental stage is crucial because of its impact of growth and development of locomotor system, and all components of physical fitness. The aim of this paper is to present and describe the choice of exercises and games with different balls which are implemented during different parts of a training session. These exercises and games are adjusted according to the preschoolers developmental characteristics for each age group, and are applied with the aim of learning and improving different movement structures ofball manipulation, as well as with the aim of mastering basic technical elements of different sports. Finally, exercise and games should be fun and attractive. This will prompt the children to enjoy doing sports, encourage them to learn the basics, motivate them to give their full effort, and above all implant the habit of being regularly physical active in later stages of life
