Multi Criteria Decision Making of Project Reconstructing on the Route of Optujska Street in the City of Varaždin

Abstract

Diplomski rad obuhvaća detaljnu analizu postojećeg stanja dionice Optujske ulice u gradu Varaždinu. Na temelju analize postojećeg stanja predložene su dvije nove varijante projekta rekonstrukcije predmetne dionice. Za predložene varijante izrađena je SWOT analiza, a zatim su varijante vrednovane višekriterijskom analizom primjenom AHP metode. U tu svrhu izrađena je i analiza osjetljivosti. Za vrednovanje varijanata primjenom AHP metode korišten je programski alat Expert Choice. U zaključnom dijelu dan je osvrt na izbor optimalnog rješenja dobivenog temeljem rezultata višekriterijske analize te predložen model financiranja.Master thesis includes a detailed analysis of the current situation of Optujska Street in the City of Varaždin. For evaluation of variants using the AHP method was used software tool Expert Choice.
