Results of milk and meat cattle production on the family farm Glavaš in Bizovac

Abstract

Obiteljsko Poljoprivredno Gospodarstvo Glavaš posjeduje vlastite površine na kojima proizvodi stočnu hranu. Kao osnovna proizvodnja jest proizvodnja mlijeka, kao sporedna polutvrdi sir, a kao dodatni prihod prodaja telića žive vage do 500 kg. Sama proizvodnja se odvija uz pomoć tehnologije. Uvidom u interne podatke OPG-a prikazani su rezultati u proizvodnji mlijeka i mesa. Prosječna proizvodnja mlijeka po kravi iznosi 28 litara mlijeka te kvaliteta mlijeka spada u prvi razred prema Pravilniku o utvrđivanju sastava sirovog mlijeka. Otkupna cijena mlijeka iznosi 2,40 kuna po litri, a otkupljuje ga Dukat.Family farm Glavaš has its own area on which produces livestock feed. As a main production is milk production, as a side semi-hard cheese, and as additional income selling calves live weight up to 500 kg. The production itself is done with the help of technology. After examining the internal data of family farm Glavaš the results are shown in the production of milk and meat. The average milk production per cow amounts to 28 liters of milk and milk quality falls into the first grade according to the Ordinance on Determination of Raw Milk Composition. The purchase price of milk is 2.40 kunas per liter, and is purchased by Dukat
