Abstract
Bespilotna letjelica je zrakoplov bez posade, koji može biti kontroliran od strane pilota sa tla ili letjeti autonomno, odnosno prema unaprijed programiranom planu leta. Sve više se koriste u civilne svrhe od strane raznih kompanija, a ne samo u vojne svrhe kao do sada. Kako bi se omogućio pravilan razvoj industrije mora postojati pravna regulacija. Regulacija se razlikuje od države do države, pa zbog razlika u regulaciji nastaju problemi. Iz navedenog proizlazi zaključak da bi regulaciju trebalo što više uskladiti kako bi se omogućilo širenje industrije bespilotnih zrakoplova.Unmanned aerial vehicle is an aircraft with no pilot on board. It can be flown by a pilot on the ground or it can fly autonomously based on pre-programmed flight plan. They are increasingly being used for civilian purposes by various companies, not only for military purposes as it has been until now. To enable proper development of industry, there must be proper legal regulation. Legal regulations differ from country to country, so the problem appears because of differences in regulations. Therefore, regulations should be harmonized as much as possible to enable the development of industry of unmanned aerial vehicles
