Laboratory sources of magnetic fields

Abstract

U diplomskom radu iznesene su osnove teorije magnetskih polja, te su opisani neki od poznatijih i češće korištenih sustava svitaka za stvaranje homogenog i gradijentnog polja. Detaljnije je opisan Helmholtzov sustav svitaka, te su izrađeni simulacijski model u Ansys Maxwellu, i maketa napravljena pomoću 3D printera na Fakultetu elektrotehnike, računarstva i informacijskih tehnologija u Osijeku, kojoj su izvršena mjerenja gustoće magnetskoga toka u osi simetrije. Rezultati mjerenja i simulacije komentirani su i prikazani u sklopu diplomskog rada.This master thesis describes theory of magnetic fields. System coils for generating uniform and gradient magnetic fields are described. Helmholtz coil system is described in more detail. Simulation model of helmholtz coil was made using Ansys Maxwell, as well as model made with 3D printer and made at Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Information technology and Computer Science, in Osijek. Results of simulation and measurements done in laboratory were compared and explained
