Abstract
U teoretskom dijelu rada dan je prikaz ergonomskih načela potrebnih za pravilno oblikovanje sjedećeg radnog mjesta pri čemu je dan osvrt na utjecaj visine radne površine, radne stolice, računalne opreme na položaj tijela radnika. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada bit će analizirane osnovne postavke sjedećeg radnog mjesta za uredske poslove. Obradit će se dva radna mjesta na kojem su promatrani radnici, odnosno njihov položaj tijela i to slabinski dio kralježnice i vratni zakret.The theoretical part of the paper gives an overview of the ergonomic principles required for the proper design of the seating position, giving an overview of the impact of the height of the work surface, the work chair, the computer equipment on the position of the working body. In the experimental part of the work, the basic settings of the sitting position for office jobs will be analyzed in two positions where the workers, or their position of the body, are obliquely spine part and sideways
