Abstract
The topic of this diploma paper is management of costs of milk production at the dairy farm Čeminac. The goal was to analyse technological factors and to identify major groups of costs of milk production. Čeminac farm capacity is 500 heads, and nutrition is largely done with homemade production and partly with purchased food. Apart from dealing with the milk production, the farm is also engaged in breeding pregnantheifers and calves between 15 to 30 days. It is evident from the analysed data that the highest share of the costs is related to the feeding of the cattle, while the rest of the costs for the most part take Based on the analysed data, it is evident that the largest share of the costs is related to the feeding of cattle, while the rest of the costs for the most part take depreciation and labour costs. The highest income of 20.576.046,38 Croatian kunas was achieved in the period between January 1st, 2013 to December 31st, 2013, and the highest milk production of 4.269.032 litreswas made between January 1st, 2012 to December 31st, 2012
