Abstract
Planiranje implantoprotetske terapije vaţan je dio terapije jer ĉini temelj kvalitetnog lijeĉenja uz odreĊivanje statusa i anamneze. Svaki je pacijent poseban sluĉaj koji donosi razliĉite probleme prilikom stvaranja plana terapije. Vaţno je upoznati se sa sistemskim, ali i lokalnim ĉimbenicima, odnosno bolestima pacijenta, a zatim pomno odabrati vrstu i materijal, odnosno dizajn implantata na koji će se postaviti suprastruktura. Za kraj će terapije ta suprastruktura nositi protetski nadomjestak te omogućiti pacijentu normalno funkcioniranje ţvaĉnog sustava. Ovaj rad daje pregled kliniĉkih smjernica koje se temelje na znanstvenim dokazima i koje su potrebne kliniĉaru pri stvaranju plana implantoprotetske terapije.Treatment planning in implant prosthodontics is crucial part of treatment because it makes the foundation of treatment along with history of disease and medical status. Every patient makes a specific case that forces clinician to make various decisions during the treatment planning. It is important to be informed of systemic and local factors and diseases in patient's history. After that a clinician has to choose carefully the type, material and design of implant he/she chooses to use, that will have the suprastructure set up. Finally, the suprastructure will carry the dental prosthesis or a single crown to enable the patient to regain his/her healthy masticatory function.
