Abstract
The aim of this study is to show how much has the process of physical exercise affected on the difference that was found after the comparison of the initial and final measurement. The strength in younger preschool children (between the ages of 3 to 4) was measured. 24 children participated. The battery consisted of three tests which refer to explosive and repetitive strength: ball throw (0,5 kg), leg lift (8x) and squats (8x). The research was conducted from April to June 2018 in Špansko kindergarten in Zagreb. The comparison of results between the initial and final measurements showed the existence of difference in the measured children's variables. During the second measurement, the children have showed significant progress in all three strength tests
