Abstract
Naplatom cestarine prikupljaju se sredstva za održavanje i izgradnju prometnica. Postoje izravni i neizravni načini ubiranja novčanih sredstava od korisnika autoceste. Najpoznatiji načini naplaćivanja cestarina su ručni, naplata cestarine putem vinjeta i elektronski. Ručna naplata cestarine zahtijeva zaustavljanje vozila i uzrokuje duge kolone. Danas se uvode moderni sustavi za naplatu cestarine u cilju povećanja sigurnosti prometa na cestama.Founds that are collected by toll payment are using for maintenance and building roads. Toll payment systems can be direct or indirect. The most common ways of toll payment are manual, payment using sticker and electronic toll payment. Manual payment is demanding from vechles to stop and it causes traffic jam. In modern days electronic systems of toll payment are introducing with reason to increase traffic safety
