Abstract
U ovom radu definirana je potrebna dokumentacija u logističkoj industriji. Pobliže je pojašnjena uloga logističkog operatera. Kroz literaturu se susreće različiti pojam logističkih operatera od 1PL do 5PL-a, koji imaju sve veću ulogu kao specijalizirani posrednici u logističkom sustavu. Nadalje navedeni su dokumenti te obveze prijevoznika potrebni pri carinskom postupanju. Objašnjena je CMR konvencija i teretni list koji se koristi u međunarodnom prijevozu te funkcioniranje i pravilan način popunjavanja ATA i TIR karneta. Analizirani su dokumenti u međunarodnom prijevozu te je kao rješenje ponuđen prijedlog poboljšanja u vidu e-dokumentacije.This paper defines the necessary documentation in the 3PL industry. The role of the logistics operator is clarified. Through literature, different concepts of logistic operators from 1PL to 5PL are encountered, which play an increasingly important role as specialized agents in the logistics system. Furthermore, the documents and the obligations of the carrier required in customs procedures are listed. The CMR Convention and Freight List used in international transport, as well as the functioning and proper way of filling ATA and TIR carnet have been explained. Documents in international transport have been analyzed and as a solution is offered a proposal for improvement in the form of e-documentation
