Abstract
Ozbiljne probleme u proizvodnji jagode čine različiti uzročnici bolesti. Najčešće i najpoznatije bolesti na jagodama uzrokuju mnogobrojne vrste fitopatogenih gljiva. Virusne i bakterijske bolesti su također prisutne i mogu dovesti do ozbiljnih ekonomskih šteta čije posljedice se lako mogu uvećati neznanjem o uzgoju jagoda. Pojedine fitopatogene bakterije nije lako otkriti. Serious problems in strawberry cultivation can be caused by various plant pathogens. The most common and the most destructive diseases on the strawberries come from many types of phytopathogenic fungi. Viral and bacterial diseases are also present and can cause serious economic damage whose consequences can easily be increased by ignoring strawberry farming.
Certain phytopathogenic bacteria are not easily detected. Sometimes their symptoms are invisible. This research carried out the isolation of all bacteria from the symptomatic strawberry tissue and found 10 different bacterial colonies. Each assay determined the Gram reaction and a fluorescence test was made. A hypersensitive reaction to tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum var. 'Samsun') was performed and the pathogenicity of isolate 6 was induced. A bio-test was carried out on strawberry seedlings. After seven days of inoculation, no symptoms of bacterial suspensions of the tested isolates were confirmed
