Garlic cultivation az PG "Željko Čuljak", Cerić, Vukovar-Srijem county in season 2015/2016

Abstract

Cilj ovog rada je opisati proizvodnju češnjaka na PG “Željko Čuljak” iz Cerića, Vukovarsko-srijemska županija. Kultivar „Cerićki ozimi“ nalazi se na Sortnoj listi od 2014. godine, a uzgajan je na površinama ovog gospodarstva u sezoni 2015./2016. Agrotehničke mjere u uzgoju ove kulture prilagođene su vremenskim uvjetima, zdravstvenom i fiziološkom stanju usjeva. Nakon vađenja češnjaka iz tla uklonjeni su stabljika i korijen te su lukovice uskladištene u skladištu s prirodnim provjetravanjem. Prinos lukovica je iznosio 5500 kg s parcele površine 9200 m2, što preračunato iznosi 5,978 t/ha.The aim of this paper is to describe garlic production at PG "Željko Čuljak" from Cerić, Vukovar-Srijem county. Cultivar "Cerićki ozimi" is on the Sort List since 2014 and is grown on the surfaces of this farm in the season 2015/2016. Agrotechnical measures in cultivating this crop are adapted to the weather conditions, health and physiological conditions of crops. After removal of garlic from the soil, stems and roots were removed and the bulbs were stored in the natural ventilation warehouse. The yield of the bulbs was 5500 kg from a plot of 9200 m-2, which is calculated to be 5,978 t ha-1
