Abstract
Funkcionalna prehrana uvelike je postala glavna smjernica zdravog života. Posljednjih godina povećano je zanimanje potrošača kao i prehrambene industrije za funkcionalnu prehranu i njenu dobrobit u održavanju ljudskog zdravlja. Mišljenje da zdrava i raznolika prehrana imaju veliku ulogu u sprječavanju tako i liječenju bolesti opće je prihvaćeno. U radu je dana raznolika ponuda zdrave i uravnotežene prehrane kroz različite vrste prehrana, kao i uvid u sve dobrobiti raznolike prehrane i njenih funkcionalnih sastojaka.Functional nutrition has largely become the main guideline of healthy living. In recent years consumers interest, as well as the interest of the food industry, has increased for functional nutrition and its benefits in maintaining human health.
