Abstract
Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je utvrditi kako endofitna vrsta Fusarium subglutinans djeluje na fitopatogenu gljivicu Fusarium culmorum. Provedena su dva pokusa: ispitivanje antimikrobnog djelovanja ekstrakta endofitnih gljivica i metoda inokulacije sjemena. Ekstrakt gljivice F. subglutinans nije pokazao fungistatično djelovanje na porast gljivice F. culmorum. Metoda inokulacije sjemena s endofitom je dala statistički značajne razlike između klijanaca tretiranih s endofitom F. subglutinans i klijanaca koji su bili izloženi samo patogenu. Zrna pšenice inokulirana s endofitom su imala dulje klice. Možemo zaključiti da je endofit F. subglutinans pospješio rast i razvoj klice pšenice umjetno zaražene s F. culmorum te da je taj utjecaj bio statistički značajan.The aim of this study was to find out how endophytic species Fusarium solani affects growth of pathogenic fungi Fusarium culmorum. Two exsperiments were carried out: investigation of antimicrobial activity of extracts of endophytic fungi and method of grain inoculation. Extract of fungi F. subglutinans did not show fungistatic inflence on growth of fungi F. culmorum. Method of grain inoculation gave statistically significant difference between shoots infected with endophyte F. subglutinans and shoots only infected with pathogen. Wheat grains inoculated with endophyte had longer shoots. We can conclude that endophyte F. subglutinans promoted growth and development of grain shoot artificially infected with F. culmorum and that influence was statistically significant
